My neighbor is a little suspicious and comes in and out all hours of the day and late a night being pretty loud, I also notice a ton of little things that need fixing within my unit but all the staff have been very helpful and kind.

The property is well maintained and all of those that work here are so kind and helpful. Its quiet at night, there isn't any chaos like I have experienced at other properties in the past. The apt itself is so cozy and beautiful. Having wifi W D included is really a blessing. I am disabled and to have those 2 things really makes my life easier.

I have recently uprooted from Texas and during my transition into Oregonian life, have been extremely grateful for all the amenities, staff and people here. I have had the pleasure of working with Alexis and Trace in the front office and both have made an outstanding impression. Enough that, I'm not good with names, but I remember theirs.

The office staff are always available and if they aren't, they usually call you back within a couple of hours. The only thing I would suggest is improving the key fob for 24 hr gym access.

The staff are wonderful and maintenance is quick and thorough. The grounds are especially well kept and amenities are well maintained. We recommend this complex to anyone interested in affordable but well above average apartment living.

There's a gym, a recreation room, basketball court, tennis court, a swimming pool, and a car washing station next to the dumpster. My family and I are new to the area and we are so happy that we chose Stoneplace. The only minor negative is parking can be difficult.

There are amazing opportunities for folks who love nature and don't mind small town living. Stoneplace is a rural project development and you live in tight quarters with a huge amount of people and pets, which I am ok with, but, they are still expanding so if privacy and space is what you're looking for Id look somewhere else because....more are coming

Only complaint is that its a pain in the rear to have friends or family over, or 2 vehicles due to the lack of parking. Also, I find it a little disturbing that they only have 1 pool for the entire community I think I speak for everyone when I say that I would much rather have a 2nd pool rather than a tennis court But again, great place to live

It is close to shopping and just far enough away from the city to make it feel like a nice small town. The staff is kind and friendly and maintenance does a great job keeping the place clean and in good order.
